I offer individual counselling and psychotherapy.

I specialise in Transactional Analysis and offer short, medium or longer-term counselling and psychotherapy.

A wide variety of issues. I also have a particular interest in menopause and mental health, with experience running a support group and workshops. I can support clients as they navigate their menopause journey how they want to.
