TA is a powerful modality for supporting a client to understand their intra and inter psychic processes. Embodiment is an attending to the senses and incorporating this into physical awareness to deepen the healing process. Through connecting TA theories with Autonomic Nervous System awareness, this can support clients and practitioners to understand how these ideas apply to their biology. This in turn allows us to have a more holistic approach to our practice and selves; an integration of "head down and body up" approaches.

Jo Grace will use Core TA theories such as the Functional Ego State model, OK Corral, Script analysis and Drama Triangle and connect these to nervous system states as explained by Stephen Porges' Polyvagal theory and the Window of Tolerance.
